Our group of 7 was looking forward to eating here since we don't have one where we r from needless to say we were not disappointed. We had several mixed drinks a couple bloody Mary's & margaritas they were very good great flavor I ordered the Margarita Flat bread it was fresh full of flavor cooked properly with a little crunch on the outer edge my kids had the cheeseburger bites with corn comes on a nice flavored bun and meat was juicy & my boys loved them our waitress was super friendly, fast, & attentive. When our waitress found out my son's favorite food was chilli & that he was disappointed that chili's restraunts didn't only serve chilli she brought him out a small bowl on the house he was so happy great customer service.

As with most chain restaurants, you know what you're getting going in. Expect the average. This night was particularly slow so we were one of the three pairs there. The food (2 for $20 dinner; 1/2 order Texas Cheese Fries app then Chicken Fajitas & Cajun Chicken Pasta) was delicious and came quickly. Service was great & we had a great time. Note to the owner: find a better radio station.

For not being busy at all the food was very slow to come out. The cheese burgers were overdone. Only got 5 onion rings. The server was great. Kept the chips and salsa and drinks always full. She gets 5 stars. Everything else is questionable.

I usually don't bother reviewing chains since you more or less know what you're getting before you walk in the door but this was a particularly bad experience. I walked in and sat at the bar on a pretty dead Tuesday night. The bartender was talking to a patron about the "hot waitresses that have recently come and gone" and while doing so took much longer than it should to take my drink order considering I was the only other person at the bar. I placed my order and the soup I ordered came within a minute which normally would be great however this soup was cold. The chicken enchilada soup had just 2 pieces of chicken in it that were almost icy and the cheese was still in tact due to the temperature of the soup. When my meal came out the manager brought it which is never a good sign because that means it was sitting there long enough to grab the attention of the manager to have her bring it out herself. Surprise, surprise, my ribs and fries were also cold. The ribs not as much as the fries which tasted like they may have taken them off a tray where someone didn't finish them they were so cold. The knife that came wrapped in my napkin with the fork was so crusty and grimy I couldn't imagine ever using it to eat with. I really don't understand how somebody could wrap such a dirty utensil for a patron to use. While I was eating a couple came and sat next to me and waited at least ten minutes to place a drink order while the bartender was mysteriously absent. Shortly after the manager came out to the bar and was talking to the bartender when the manager began dropping f bombs while talking about another employee who called in sick that night. All in all it was pretty brutal and I couldn't wait to leave. For the most part I avoid chains but normally like chilis however this will definitely keep me from coming back to this particular location.

We love Chili's 2 for 20 deal which includes 1 appitizer, and 2 entrees. We have never been disappointed with the food. There is a great childrens menu with plenty of options for our little one. We have always had great service and usually very little wait.

i think we all know that chili's is the applebee's of tex-mex, so let's just get that out of the way before we think this is someplace out of this world. i mean the food's okay-ish, and the people working there are fine, but there's just something a little bland and soulless about the whole experience. a few things struck me when i was there last time: why bother to call it "happy hour" if it is all day, every day? doesn't that defeat the whole purpose of the happy hour concept? yay, buy one get one free drinks...oh but wait the beers are 8 ounces and served in these cute little mugs, so you might as well have gone for a regular pint. for the same price. and the selection leaves much to be desired, but whatever. i lived through it. one thing i found interesting was that they have these touchscreen interactive devices on the tables. i love it when technology integrates into the real world, so this pleased me. you could look through the menu and specials, and even pay for the check right there at the table--it's got a card swiper and receipt printer (you can email the receipt if you want to go paperless). swell...only...maybe one should consider that the touchscreens are grosser than the menus. i mean of course kids are gonna monkey with these things while doublefisting cheesesticks and mashed potatoes or whatever. i've figured out that if you want decent food, go there when it's not particularly busy so you can have special requests. for instance, i had chicken fajitas, but i asked for cajun spices and jalapenos added. it really made the dish fantastic, but that's how i live with the prevalent blandification of restauants due to midwest tastes (or lack thereof). they do have wifi; that's a plus.

My family came here after our trip to Mt. Rushmore and we were very happy with the service and food. The food was fast and good and our waitress did a great job with keeping our drinks full and asking us how we were and if we needed anything. Compared to other Chilis we've been to this one was top notch. Also I enjoyed the table tablets that were at each table where you could pay for your bill and do other things online.

Went here on a slow weekday night. There was less than 10 customers inside. Food was very good. Prices are very reasonable. Especially for a party of 2. Meals arrived to our table very quickly since it was so slow. Cool kiosk on every table to view menu, order and pay. Very convenient. Service could have been better though. Otherwise would be 5 stars. Looking forward to next visit.
